These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Box Top Method products, services, and websites, operated by Promise Financial Group ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a product, subscribing to our email membership, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, downloading a free guide, or purchasing any product or service from Box Top Method, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Products and Services

Box Top Method offers the following:

• Free guides and lead magnets — downloadable digital resources provided at no cost in exchange for your email address
• Box Top Method Daily Coaching — a paid email membership at $49/month, delivered Monday through Saturday, featuring coaching takeaways from real life insurance agents
• Digital products — one-time purchase guides, workbooks, and resources including The Playbook and Virtual Victory (forthcoming)

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of any material changes.

Billing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your card for the amount shown at the time of purchase.

For the Box Top Method Daily Coaching membership, your 7-day free trial begins upon signup. Your card will not be charged until the trial period ends. After 7 days, your membership automatically converts to a paid subscription at $49/month and will renew monthly until cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your email membership at any time by replying "cancel" to any email you've received from us. We will process your cancellation immediately — no forms, no phone calls required.

Upon cancellation, your membership ends and you will not be billed again. You will not receive a refund for the current billing month, but you will continue to receive emails through the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds

All sales of one-time digital products are final. No refunds are issued on downloadable guides, workbooks, or other digital purchases.

For the email membership, trial cancellations are fully refunded if you are charged in error. Accidental charges (where you forgot to cancel before the trial ended) will be refunded if you contact us within 7 days. Partial month refunds are not available.

Intellectual Property

All content delivered through Box Top Method — including emails, guides, scripts, frameworks, stories, and course materials — is the property of Promise Financial Group and protected by copyright. You may use this content for your own personal and professional development, but you may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share it with others without written permission.

Earnings Disclaimer

The stories, numbers, and results shared in our coaching emails and products represent the experiences of individual agents and are not guarantees of your results. Your income depends on your background, effort, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.

Box Top Method does not guarantee any specific level of income or business success. Results described in our materials are examples only and should not be interpreted as typical or expected outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Box Top Method and Promise Financial Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute our paid content without permission
• Use our content for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
• Engage in any conduct that could harm our business, reputation, or other members

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Citrus County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
